Challenge #52: birds in flight! Winner: Artington

As for our second challenge this period I chose my a more technical difficult subject which I hope will draw some people to try something completely different: wildlife photography, specifically birds in flight.

Show us what kind of birds are flying around your house, neighbourhood or in a nearby park or field!

Shameless copy of Yildiz' rulebook.

Specifications:

*.. Challenge #52 ends on April 30, 2013.
*.. You may enter with as many photos as you like. We'd like to see your favourites.
*.. If you'll upload using the website's own upload feature, dimensions and the size should not exceed 1024*1024 and 250 KB respectively. If you link your photo from an external website/gallery the dimension and the size restrictions don't apply.
*.. Please title your submitted photos to make listing more sensible during the poll listing.
*.. Have fun!

A little teaser:

It's not your computer, Mark. I can't see Ron's entry either.
Ron, no link to a photo from an external site or through the upload feature of the forum show in your post.
We'd love to see your Bald Eagle. :)

Nice entries so far, by the way. :)

Aster,

Thank very much for your help.

I think I see the problem. I did not notice the file is 276 kb.

Here is a smaller file. Taken with 70-400 at 400mm, F5.6, 1/1600 sec.

Just got back from Antarctica. This was taken from a Zodiac in Paradise Bay, not from a tripod on a granite outcropping, but motion is what it's all about, right?
Sony a77ii, RX-100 I; RX10 iii; Rokinon 8mm f/3.5; Tamron 17-50; Sony 70-400G; Lightroom 6.2; Photoshop CS5; PicturesToExe 8.0.

I know the typical "BIF" shot should have the bird occupy a bit more sizable portion of the frame, but this is the best I've got for now:
