Apple has added RAW file format support for the A700 with the latest system upgrade 10.5.2

The latest release of Aperture, 2.0, also adds Alpha 700 raw to system 10.4 - breaking with past approaches. Aperture now contains camera raw libraries, independently of the core system services.
