I've been trying to find how to apply profiles (presets?) to imported ARW files converted to DNG. I've added some A700 presets to the develop module, and I know I can convert them to presets for importation, but I can't find anything on automatically using different presets based on ISO. Can anyone direct me to helpful information?

You can't apply Camera Profiles to ISO, but you can Save New Camera Raw Default for any combination of settings. First go into Preferences, and make Camera Raw Defaults specific to Camera Body, and to ISO.
