Not impressed with PSE9 as it won't install on my laptop (Windows7 system).
Tried everything I can think of including uninstalling my old PSE2 and CS2.
Even tried a clean boot.
Going to call Adobe as the online help didn't.

PSE9 installed easily on my Win7 64 laptop. Good luck with tech support. I have never called Adobe, but just about all tech support for any type of product I have ever called about was useless. Lots of wasted time waiting and when you finally talk to someone they are generally clueless and just reading off a list of pat answers. Good luck!

Have had to call Adobe UK a couple of times in the past, most recently when swapping from XP to Mac and having serial number problems. Always found them knowledgeable and helpful. But as Henry says, that is not the norm with so called tech support. Best of luck!

Got it sorted eventually.
Adobe help desk failed but a colleague suggested a registry cleaner.
Hey presto it worked, now up and running.

That's a great price and a slap into the face of everybody who got their copy for 99 Euro ($140).
