Newbie question: EXIF data

Unread post by BigRich »

I hope this is the proper forum for this question...

I am a windows xp user. When I mouse over raw (ARW) files, I get a pop up of a fantastic list of data. If I convert the raw files to tiff or jpg, the mouse-over only give a very basic amount of info. Is there anyway to get that same data to pop up with files other than raw? Thanks for any info!

Right click on the picture and go to properties. A panel will open with tabs on top. Click on "summary" and from within click on "Advanced" and you will have exif info. There might be other ways too, such as an Add-on for Firefox named "exif viewer" and so forth.
Hope I answered your question.
