I have both packages. I only use Bridge now. I don't like all the cagtalogue and importing functions of Lightroom and find Bridge faster for a wide range of work on many different sources of files.

The latest version of Bridge/ACR most certainly does have adjustment brushes and graduated filters - fully compatible with LR, even reads the existing adjustments from LR and you can reactivate the control points and change the settings.

I'm in full agreement. I have the same issues with "virtual directories". It pains me that Windows has a "virtual desktop".
Using Bridge also makes it easy to right click and open a file in DxO save it to a DNG file and open it in ACR and on to Photoshop.
Cheers,
