Cute shot, Birma.
Oh, you caught on my thoughts about the moon and Matilda, Dr. Harout. :D

Birma;

That's one pink-clad lunar trooper that might have gone missing from NASA's radar while searching for next-generation moon-walker trainees-to-become. Tilly looks nicely pre-trained and all set with her lunar scientific-pacer! :D

May I please recommend her to NASA as the next Brit for the moonwalking lunar missions?

Thanks for sharing and that's indeed a fresh take.

Thanks Doc and Yildiz. :D

I have heard the Isle of Harris referred to as 'lunar' before. Much of it is very rocky and covered only in heather and grass (due to grazing by sheep). Some people find this bleak. I love the feeling of the 'bones' of the land being exposed, and I find myself drawn to the smooth rock formations. Not yet managed to get this in to a photograph - too much distration by the awesome colours around the coast. Perhaps next time.

A further shot of the "fresh air" on Harris, this time with more of the "lunar" rocks, but no lunar explorer :lol: .

Wow! We're really getting to the tops of the world. :D

I won't be surprised if someone uploads a summit photo looking down Earth after this. :)

I was out playing with a new lens combination and got this one. I love this time of year because the wildflowers are filling the air with different spicy scents and they are everywhere. This little building is on my property. it's actually an outhouse :) I was supposed to tear it out last spring and never got to it. it's a luxury version with a window and 2... holes .. it's been abandoned since the '0's when the plumbing went into the house. nobody knows if this was the original location for it or not so I'm a little wary of going too close to it. it's actually full of fitments for horses.. tack straps yolks ect.. But being an outhuse surrounded by such fragrant grasses I thouht it fit this thread.
