Hmm, inspired by the latest shots, here are a couple from me.

I hope they fit into the concept of the thread. Taken at the quay during The Historical Seas- Tall Ships Regatta as the people were slowly filling up the docks to see the ships...

I like those Yildiz, what a great view that last one is, almost a time warp, just need some horses and wagons, stacks of wooden barrels and bales..

I can visualize that scene and, yes, it has that sort of a calling. Maybe, if there should be an other one of these regattas here in Istanbul, there could be a setting like that on the docks without overdoing the decorations...

Yes, he would. Lonnie, if he is someone you know or see sometimes then you might show it to him or give him a print. He would probably really appreciate it. I have done it a few times in the past.

I met Willie while on vacation. I saw him this Am and got an address for his work. I will ship it to him when I get home.

Wow Henry - what a contrasting couple of shots. The first just stopped me in my tracks for a while, and then the second had me smiling and reaching for the keyboard .

Henry has captured the true determination of beer drinkers, notice how the guy who has somehow managed too fall over has also kept his 'glass' upright, that's top work, that guy deserves at least an 'honourable mention' in the beer drinkers hall of fame.
