Yes, the aircraft are all airworthy, although some are currently in maintenance and others are privately owned. The Tiger Moth is very popular, though expensive @ £129.99 for a 15 minute flight. I didn't stay long enought to take any close detail shots though I did get the Tiger Moth cockpit. I generally also photograph the aircraft registration number so I can get the full history/ownership from an online database.

Thanks for looking and glad you like. I took several more, but I would end up filling the thread with images and likely get a slap on the hand for taking up bandwidth.

I liked them especially the Kaydet. I too think these planes offer lot more opportunities
for close ups and look forward seeing some more.

Ha, welll it's a case of cross-referencing the registration number on a websitel database that gives you all the aircraft info.

I really liked the Chipmunk, black with stripes and the shadow has an air of menace about it.

I assume the top most dial in the Tiger Moth cockpit close-up is a new replacement - the jet aeroplane outline would seem unlikely in an original .
