Very nice DA, the bright yellow against the dark background is always effective.
Great series Yildiz, everything looks bright and vibrant, I'll bet you had fun photographing those.
Pretty flowerbox donwae12, they've done well to get such a rich display.

I'm even slower than usual with keeping up to date here, I've somehow aquired another 'lovejob' I've been volunteered to copy and fix a couple of irreplaceable relations photos, freshen up and spot removal etc. no negitaves of course, I spent a day and a half on one, it was covered in tiny spots.

Good to see you've discovered some nice flowers to brighten up the day Birma, that elephants ear is great, and so is the other one. It's been raining on and off for a week here and overcast night and day, so I can sympathize with the weather you are having.

Thanks Greg . It has been really wet and windy in a constant 'howl' all day. I hope it is a bit calmer tomorrow as we have a 1-2 hour ferry crossing to Harris from Skye. We may all be a bit green around the gills by the end of the trip. The forecast is not hopeful .

Lovely shots Yildiz, you are lucky having flowers, there isn't a lot happening here, some Hibiscus and the Yellow vine flower and a couple of Orchids (you've seen before) and that's about it really....and still drizzling.

We wouldn't mind seeing your drizzle-washed flowers all the same, though a bit risky for the camera. The past proved that all the flowers you call ordinary just turn out to be amazingly spectacular to us over here! So, who knows.... ?

Looks like spring has started to break out in your neck of the woods John, those little white flowers sortof remind me of my white dove orchid flower.

Doc those wild flowers of yours are amazing for wild flowers. I like those Apricot buds, can you do a photo when they open up? I would like to compare them to the cherry blossom flower.

Greg, sure will do. My son and I are impatiently waiting for the blooming. When it does, it's like heaven on earth. There's an indescribable sweet smell with all those bees around...
