Re: Leica S2
Hi,
That's indeed interesting; more megapixels, double shutter system and coming with a new range of lenses and allegedly higher ISO's with better reslution than Hasselblad...
More details and price info will follow after Photokina I suppose.
This is indeed a season for cameras and photographers..
Thanks for pointing this out Dr. Harout

Re: Leica S2
Mmmmm very nice,
but will have a price to match, I think i'd need to win the lotto to afford this baby and some lenses...speaking of which they would necessarily be large and heavy to cover that 37MP 30X45mm sensor, might be a lump to carry around, (with some lenses), but a lot less than a medium format of course.
Those 30-37Mb files per photo might strain the frendship with the memory transfer speed, not to mention the old computer speed, hard disk storage etc.
It's probably all round a fair bit slower and has less options than what we are accustomed too, being more medium formattish...could be surprised though, being Leica.

Re: Leica S2
I'm still not convinced this isn't a joke. Is it really April 1st or what?
