Re: A few from San Francisco
Here are a 3 more shots from the church in the previous post. These are the last from my trip, I promise... Looking at the numbers from the trip, I shot over 2k shots. A lot of rubbish to be sure, but I haven't had this much fun shooting in a long time. Again, thanks for the praise and encouragement. I'm always trying to better my skills. John

Dear John, : )
Thank you for these lovely architectural shots. I like your corrected perspective external shot and the distorted WA interior shot both. Good contrast that emphasize the lights and the coloured light that comes through the tainted glass onto the bold concrete surfaces.
I've enjoyed your photo-journey, thank you very much!

Nice work there John, what an extraordinary church interior that is, I can't make up my mind whether I like it or not, it's a little overpowering.

Very nice shots John. The architecture is very striking - not sure if it is a space I would like to spend a lot of time in though. The even across the image, blue sky in the first is a great background. I guess it is an oft repeated trueism, that the more you shoot, the more you see to shoot - you get "your eye in". That certainly happens to me when I get the chance to take pictures everyday, like when on holiday.
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.

Thanks Yildiz, Greg and Birma- It is an unusual space to be sure, and I wondered what it would sound like with people praying and singing with all that concrete to bounce the sounds around. The interior was actually a bit darker than my photos, I brightened it up a bit to show the details better. Greg- I agree, it is a bit overpowering inside. I had other ideas to shoot there, but so many other things to do with my family. Ian and Emma, however, were both impressed by the modern architecture. For a little trivia, the IR shot was taken from the back right corner in the first shot.
Birma I did shoot every day there, I filled up 32GB of data. Now that I am back home, I miss shooting everyday. I've got to get back into the swing of things. John
