As the end date approaches I couldn't resist one more autumnal shot.

This is Leigh Brook as it meanders through the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust nature reserve at the Knapp & Papermill.

@Frank: thank you very much!

@Birma: Lot of green still. I mostly found brown and a few yellow leaves. Some winter hard trees were still green, mostly darker green.
Good catch.

Last weekend we went up to the bluffs overlooking the Missouri and Mississippi River confluence. Located there is a small Christian College that has this chapel.

I have more shots form the weekend, but won't get them posted in time.

After a very harsh summer, during which our local botanical garden had to decide which plants to water and which plants to dig up so that they wouldn't steal water from the designated "survivors," the Japanese Gardens area is undergoing renovations which will last through the winter. The bamboo fence, through which my wife is peering here, was part of a thicket which used to be on the other side.

Congrats to all who have participated, challenged, posted, counted and most of all to the one who worked most (Yildiz).
The important thing is to participate and have a good time seeing your friends shots.
