Re: New Shots
The last one is great too, maybe a tad busy OOF-area but it doesn't bother me that much
Keep up the good work!

Re: New Shots
I like the last shot the best (mono) it's cleaner and easier to like. The others are good but first 2 ones to me have a few distractions.
I'd say do keep experimenting and move in even closer as well this can be tricky but can work wonders high impact portraits I call them.
The eyes are the real story for me and portraits.

Hi Anne, : )
The first shot definitely fo rme as well. There are to many distracting additional body parts in the second for me...I think the hands are making the photo far too busy for my taste and taking the attention away from the face and eyes.
Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Thank you Frank, you made me blush. I hope in few years I'll have more time to spend on photography, not once in a month.
Just to come back on this comment. The fact that you probably can only shoot one time a month is good, because most of the good phography is to think before clicking the shutter ... , and it is great to force you to imagine what will be the next concept you want to execute instead of trying live to do it (light, angle, subject...)

Frank
