I did not see any one start the thread so I thought why not? Here is one taken today with SAL24f2 with natural light backlit.

Incredibly vibrant colours in that frame, Robbie.
Almost tangible blossoms.

Re: Flowers 2013
There are only ice flowers outside but my wife likes flowers in the vase and narcissus is her favourite. Good photo subject by the way so I bought some. I took many photos of the same flower changing only the lighting. At the end I made a composite image:
I recommend also to check the large version:

After a long time, we had a very nice day, with sun shining and weather warming up to 60oF. From the house
and the backyard. A700 with CZ24f2 lens.
Natural light, inside home.

Nice to see Spring progressing in California Sury
Finally have some early spring flowers here, although my favourite spot for Snowdrops has been underwater several times in the last month and so the show is not quite as good this year as before.

Re: Flowers 2013
Showing the snowdrops in context was tricky as the flooding has left the banks of the brook very muddy and less picturesque than normal.

This is a double headed variety.
Sony Nex 5 with LA-EA2 adapter and SAL 16-80 CZ in the first and Tamron 60/2 Macro in the second. Wellingtons were a must have accessory and I collected some fabulous mud on my trousers during my short visit
