Yikes! That's a lot of rain! In my opinion the last image depicts the downpour the best.

Those torrential downpours are nostalgic for me. Good thing is that unlike the
rain here where I live, they are not cold. It is almost like taking a shower (no pun intended) in
tepid water. Nice capture Henry. 40+ years ago had you been taking photos in my
hometown, Hyderabad, in south India, probably I would have been in one of your images.

I wish I could have photographed you then in the rain! Do you get back there sometimes?

I was out walking around Saigon and this rain started suddenly. I ran for cover and then took several photos of the people right in front of me in the street. It was definitely raining cats and dogs and was a good chance for taking photos!

No, it's a kind of Misbaha (prayer beads), made from bones (animal bones of course ) and this type, as I was told, was born in soviet prisons (not sure if only in Armenia or also in other soviet countries). The making is still practiced in nowadays prisons.

It's been a while (about 3 years) since I went back. Most often my trips in the past have been post monsoon rains
so I did not get to enjoy. In fact I dreaded the fact that it may rain owing to poor drainage infrastructure.
