Share your A7(r) Photos :)
The new A7s have a way of their own with lenses, which basically makes what I thought I knew...well
anyway mine came today and here is my first set with a number of RF lenses:

I thought it might fun to have an A7r image thread

Watching with interest but no A7 here (yet?). Looking forward to seeing some shots from out in the mountains, especially with your wider angle lenses.

When I will have time ... I will share more pictures ...
First tests with the Contax 21mm G 2.8, In the center at 2.8 everything is perfect, but don't use if for Flat Landscape picture, it is kind of mushy in the corner, but for portrait picture, WOW (considering the size also ...) taken with Iphone ... Again with my Iphone, working in a car with my Laptop, the camera is very not big with the Fantastic Leica 40mm 2.0 (everything is perfect with this lens on the A7r) Frank

A few remarks:
Throw out preconceptions of any lens when using on this camera. It has a mind of it's own and a very unique render. For whatever reason it LOVES the CV 35/1.4 in a way the nex 5n nor any camera I've seen ever has. This was a big surprise to me as I had this lens on my short list to sell!
It is very picky with RF 28s, but it does love the Elmarit v3
For UAW it is great with the inexpensive, fast, nFD 20/2.8
much more info to come. Don't wait on this camera, it is fantastic--though I do wish it was smaller. The shutter sounds exactly like a 50's era singer sewing machine: so ridiculous it's almost pleasant

Great picture of Evan and Estella Frank . Good to see you are putting the A7r to work .
Looks like the skiing season is start to get in to full swing with you Charlie. I especially like the last one, with the CV 35/1.4 - great isolation of the subject. Thanks for the update on how you are finding the various lenses you are trying.

Very interesting Frank and Charlie.
Frank, did you need to do any lens correction for the Nikon 14-24 at 14?
