Beautiful, Henry. Love the reflections of the sky, and the patterns in the lake. Film seems to deal with the extreme light around the sun really well.

Thanks, Andy. After I got back from Africa and my girlfriend saw this photo she really liked it so I had a print made along with a custom mat and frame for her. I haven't seen her for about 20 years. I wonder if she still has it?

A little moonrise over Mount Shasta, California. A bit of hiking in the snow to get this one, wet shoes were worth it! A6000 & 55-210mm on a tripod.

Very nice, Darin!

This is Yosemite National Park at sunset in 1999. Scanned color negative.

I was reminded of my old photo because a couple of days ago I saw one that was taken at almost exactly the same position recently. Different light, etc.

Thanks for the kind words. Lost my password for a while and it took me a while to have the free time to find it, as strange as that sounds. Landscape or Starscape? This is a footbridge over the Kaweah River in Sequoia National Park. Oddly enough this happens to be the smog center of California because it all blows up here, hard to get a clear night, it took me months (thankfully I'm only 20 minutes away from the park). A7 and Nikon 16mm f/3.5 fisheye. One of those lenses that just baffles me how they designed something so well performing without computers. 30 seconds ISO 1600. Fyi if you shoot stars on the A7 it's better to stop at ISO 1600 and push in post rather than in camera, cleaner results.
