Trying a different tool helps sometimes

This is the photo taken at Rolex Monterey Historic Car races last year. They have a marquis car every year
and last year it was Masereti celebrating its 100 years.

This was processed with Machinery HDR (I did not try free Luminance HDR). I decided to buy the SW after seeing Ken's work.
Does not mean I can match him... The point is that I did not see the significance of the paint job till I saw the output
from Machinery HDR. I thought it messed up the shot and realized the clever paint job by Maserati.

Nice work of a visual application on the Maserati, Sury.

Something rare to come by for sure. Those old racing cars are a contrasting and delightful surprise on a state of the art 'monster' of speed.

I'm really glad it's working out for you. That is one fantastic shot. Please keep them coming. I've been into cars as long as I can remember. Although these past few yews I'm concentrating on photography instead. I think I'm just burned out on participating in car shows but I still like looking at them.

I do enjoy looking at the wonders of speed thanks to technology but every time I can't help thinking that in 80+ years these cars of will be museum quality due to oil shortage. Rather sad, but also clears for some room to think about other sources of energy to fuel such speedy vehicles... Hopefully, humanity will catch up. : )

Thank you. I believe the 918 Spyder (the last two images) is a hybrid car, albeit an expensive one, closer to a $1Million if you include taxes etc.
