Freelensing

Few days ago I’ve visited Sweden for a short business trip. Between two events I had a bit of time for sightseeing and photography. I also went to a botanical garden in Lund that was full with fantastic flowers and absolutely not shy butterflies. Unfortunately I had only the kit lens and the 16mm+fisheye lens with me, so I had to improvise for macro photography. I've removed the fiseye lens combo and held back to the camera without really attaching to it with the bayonette mechanism. It created a 4-5 mm extension tube with a really cool wide macro effect:

Hi Marcell;

What a fantastically smart approach! Wonderful shots all three.
I would of liked to see the butterfly shot in my latest "Fairy wings" challenge which closes to submissions today. It's such a beauty! (if you would like to submit of course)
