Testing 1 2 3

Unread post by jbtaylor »

I am an idiot. Wanted to test the a99 raw files with my latest version of Lightroom. It takes the RX1 files but I wanted to be sure. Low and behold, I had switched to Extra Fine JPEG when tinkering with selective color and forgot to go back to RAW. Spent the morning at the United States Botanical Garden thinking I was on the job. Imagine my reaction when my files were saving at a fast rate.
Lesson learned. Always check your setting before getting out of the car.
Of course I had to test the camera with the ZA135mm, so these shots are for you Sury.

Thank you JB. Now, I look at your 135 pictures more from I wish I was there rather than I wish I had the lens. :D
Excellent shots and the 4th is a "Wow" for the pop and rich colors.

.

Would I be undermining the decorative Christmas mood out there, if I said that JBTaylor's shots are better than any Christmas tree decoration sold out there? :D

These most natural pendants of intricate beauties have a very festive feeling.

Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Lovely tests JT. I particularly like the last plant picture :)
