David,I enjoyed the photos of the beach at Berwick (or is that Spittal?)
It is 45+ years since I played on both those beaches as a wee lad in my
knitted bathing costume.....p.s. I'm very much enjoying the a900 threads
and close to switching back to the Sony/dynax mount after 25+ years of
shooting Nikon. All the best,Tourmie Green.

Yes, it's Spittal Beach. One of the few places I can reach within 30 minutes and know where to find the right bits for photos. What you find there now mainly is wetsuits with frozen surfers inside, or locals chopping up driftwood to help reduce their gas bills! Welcome to Photoclubalpha!
