Re: More Fall Colors
Hey everybody... Not much color here in McKinney, but I did manage some shots here and there. These are from last weekend. I was ready to go out and shoot this morning with my new CPL for the 16-105... But clouds rolled in and thwarted my efforts. I hope you like them.. John

Re: More Fall Colors
I always like looking at your fall colours you get over there John, we don't get specifically a 'fall' where I live in the tropics, so you can post as many as like, they're all good to my eyes. Lookit the vine growing on the power pole, one would think the power co. would give that one the chop asap...

All very significant of their locations with the autumn 'burns' indeed; great to find the beauty in the differences... the odd places.

This year we have wonderful autumn in Poland so I’m usually spending weekends on small trips here and there. Below are few shots from nice and quiet copse.
Oh, and hello to all! Again I had loong break between my posts

Indeed has been a long time, Hawk.
Good to see you back! : )
These are genuinely warm shots of your Polish autumn. The choice of angles, the time of day that yields long, solemn shadows and the unwaveringly straight, tall tree trunks make for graphical impact while still natural. I
Some very good photos from you again!

Yep, very nice Hawk. The black trunks and the orange leaves are very effective.

Re: More Fall Colors
Great colours John and Hawk. It is interesting why we all find these colours so appealing - is it some ancestral memory of the annual time of plenty?
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.
