The calendar says it is spring here, but the weather gods don't seem to agree. It's as if winter is coming back with a vengeance

Actually, our indoor plastic greenhouse has been sprouting some of our seedlings we plan to plant. They're not in flower yer, of course, but I may take a pic anyway.

Camellia's in the back yard. Had a milder time of it this year.

The leaves and flower on the left side distract a bit, otherwise it's a very peaceful image. You can see how soft and silky the petals would feel if you could touch them through the screen. Nice job!

Wide slightly different angle, sun moved more to rear from 4 hrs ago, adding more light inside bush,
less on flowers Taken Raw converted to jpeg, no PP.

Mark, I thought it might ease the headlight of lower flower a bit, so left it. ;^)

As Mark said, you almost want to reach out and touch them.
Looks like you have enough daylight to attempt a macro or even
a stack.

Those Camellia blooms are wonderful DA, and the whole bush looks very healthy. Our Camellia is looking very poorly - I think it needs feeding.

Flowers at home. A700 with CZ24f2 and CUL +4. I take it the blue fringing is due to CUL + Flash in the second image.

Excuse my ignorance Sury, but by CUL do you mean a close up filter/lens?

Hi Sury - bags of detail there and nice colours. I'd suspect the Close Up Lens (CUL) if there are any funnies in the resulting image.
