Please help me contact Sony

Unread post by mdcromer »

I need some help.

Does anyone have a phone number for someone at Sony that they know personally I can call and talk to about a service issue and get it resolved?

I'm at the end of my rope with Sony and their standard "customer service" and "customer relations" department. Please if someone knows a person there who can help me get my brand new Alpha 350 fixed without me having to pay for it, let me know.

If I do not get satisfaction on this issue, Sony is losing me as a customer forever -- and I will tell everyone I know about how Sony treats their loyal customers.

So please, if you know someone at Sony who is an actual human being instead of a script-fed drone, and who is willing to help me get satisfaction here, please let me know.

Thanks.

Send me a PM. I have a contact name and number inside Sony. She helped me a lot in 2006 with my troublesome KM 7D.

I am sorry I cannot help you but I must say I know how you feel. It is a curse of our age and occurs at all levels and with very many companies. Real people who are willing and knowledgeable enough to help is becoming a rarity, so many are just sitting behind their computers doing virtual stuff :x

Well they fixed it.

It was weird, they shipped it back, repaired after telling me they were not going to fix it without $300.

All's well that ends well, I guess. . .
