It's not a Minolta lens. I don't know what it is, the seller is careful not to mention the make and the front rim of the lens does not display it. But it's probably a very cheap lens and worth about the £15 it is likely to sell for.
This is a piece of doggie-doo ... , I have got one in the past (one of my first Minolta lenses 4 years ago).
This is full plastic and cannot be considered as a optic lenses. I think It was signed by Soligor or something like that.
I don't know how far this law can work, but beware of any lens for Minolta mount where on the barrel Letter are in kind of Arial Font and in Green or light Red. Usually they are cheap and plastic lenses to copy real good one (linke 70-210 F4.0).
