A900 Type L Focusing Screen

Unread post by dynacam »

Is anyone using one of these and of so are they any good and as bright as the standard type G, (book says they are so , page 133) so it it true. If so will get one as the grid lines will help me keep things straight and on the level.
Thanks

Graeme,

Have had an L type sceen fitted in my A900 for the last 18 months and have never felt the need to revert back to the standard screen as the L type is as bright and clear as the original and the grid lines are a real help in composition. Fitting is a 5 minute job and well worth it.

It could be between the screen and prism, in which case open the frame slightly, puff with the air blaster, and check again. Do not us a brush or compressed air can, either can cause real damage.
