Photoworld Issue Numbering

I just received a subscription renewal notice indicating "Renewal due after issue 23." How does one know what issue is number 23? I can't find any such issue numbers printed in the magazine. The most recent issue that I received is labeled "2010/#2."

Also, being in the U.S., I'd prefer to pay online via PayPal vs. by mail. The PayPal payment page does not distinguish between a new subscription and a renewal. Will the system recognize that I am renewing?

The letter usually have a type line saying which issue the last issue was, in number and date/no. You can always renew through the front page of the website, by Paypal. I check every sub against the database anyway, and there is little chance of getting two subs in error.
