Replacement/Updates for A900?

Has anyone heard anything about a replacement for the A900? or...firmware update Just curious.

From what I've heard from Photokina and other sources Sony plan to release an a7xx of some sort and after that may concentrate on a pro-spec replacement for the a900. What I cant understand is why there has been no firmware update for what is Sony's most expensive DSLR. Recent additions to the Sony range have already received updates but not the a900. Dont get me wrong, the a900 is a superb camera but I am sure that myself and other a900 users would welcome some news to address issues such as ISO. We can but hope?
