Denali National Park
These are some samplers from the visit to Denali National Park. Some were taken from the bus (while it is moving)
and others were taken at various rest stops during the 11 hour round trip to Wonder Lake, a spot about 85 miles
from the park entrance. The road you see below is very narrow and often scary, wide enough to fit a bus barely.
If you have seen Ice Road Truckers episodes in Bolivia, this road reminds you of those adventures.

Re: Denali National Park
Wow, I like a lot.
I'm afraid our mountains are not quite so big as those.

All my Sony SLT gear gone. Still got my RX100 though.

Re: Denali National Park
Thank you, Mike and Greg. The second is at a location called Polychrome pass. Taken from the bus. It was a good thing to find the
first row seats.

Re: Denali National Park
Hi Sury - I like the glimpses of the road disappearing off in to the distance. Great mountain views.
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.

Hi Sury, : )
You're really getting good in landscape photography!
I love the third shot especially. Nicely balancing the marshland with the woods with the highlands in the background. The first is also lovely with the trail and the cool summits...
Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Re: Denali National Park
Very nice shots, Sury.
Those roads are nothing compared to the bad roads in Bolivia. Take a bus ride from the border to La Paz some day. I doubt if the roads are any better than they were in 1983. If faint of heart, bring a diaper!

Re: Denali National Park
Dusty,
I fully agree. I watched IRT episodes in Bolivia last summer and in India the year before.
I almost needed a change of underclothes just watching the Bolivia one on the TV.
