Monument Maintenance

Unread post by Almazar80 »

As some of you may know, an earthquake hit the Washington D.C. area (and parts of the U.S. East Coast) several years ago. The Washington Monument has been closed since that time, since structural damage made the monument unsafe for visitors. The repairs are in full swing now, and you can see the shrouded monument best in the evening.
