Random Fact of the Night

Hey call, just relaxing after a long day at work and wanted to post a random question for you all.

I am sure most of you know that it takes 8 minutes for the light from the sun to reach us here on the earth. However, does anyone here know how long it takes for the light that is created in the sun to reach the surface of the sun?
