As a long term user of different Minolta SLRs (XG9, X300, Dynax7000, Dynax5) and of point and shoot digital cameras I recently upgraded to an Alpha 700. I'm glad to have found that group!

I hope you also know Fotoclub Austria, which is run by Max Wiesenhofer and based in Pöllau. You should join their club (it has a magazine four times a year) - it used to be Minolta Club Austria, now it is just called Fotoclub Austria but Sony is the sponsor and the main focus. Grüsse gut!
