My (almost) first shot
Actually it was about a year later, when I was 12, taken on a Kodak Brownie 127 which cost £1 and 2/-

An a700, an a550 and couple of a580s, plus even more lenses (Zeiss included!).

It is a viaduct in Dinan, Brittany, France taken in 1962 or 63. As you can see life was quieter then.

A real photo taken with a real camera, great stuff!...check the horse drawn carriage on the viaduct...it's like a time warp. 
And just think, in about 6 or 7 years from when the photo was taken, man was standing on the moon, (and taking photos of course, with an especially constructed Hasselblad).

Even tho' we've sent men to the moon several times, we still have places that depend upon animal power. When I lived in Brazil in the '80s I thought it funny that people would scrimp and save to get a refrigerator, and it would usually be delivered in an ox-cart!
