Sailing ships

I searched this forum from one end to the other for that thread about the sailing ships and could not find it, it must be called something different than about ships.
I was going too add this one to the collection...I accidently stumbled over the neg. looking for a different one, the only problem is the neg is about 17 years old and has acquired some horrible colour cast in the sky that my E6 skills can't get rid of.
The ship is the full scale reproduction of the Barque Endeavour that Captain Cook did all that exploring in, way back then.
If anyone has any tall ships, square riggers etc. you are most wellcome to post them, it would be nice too have a thread devoted just to them I think.

ps. I had another go at getting it a bit better, actually I think that smudge in the background I'm trying too get rid of is smoke from a fire over near the airport, way over behind that bldg on the right behind the ridge..they sometimes burn off over there...

Greg, what did you use software wise for scanning?

I just put the image in a photo program, hit auto WB, and that pretty much sorted the sky out ok. The magenta is the problem, just shift that down and it's pretty good.

Greg, what did you use software wise for scanning?

I just put the image in a photo program, hit auto WB, and that pretty much sorted the sky out ok. The magenta is the problem, just shift that down and it's pretty good.

Barry, the V500 scanner comes with it's own software and that all seems to work ok as far as I know, I don't have any alternate program at the moment to comare it with. The problem is that grey smudge, I couldn't get rid of it, just around the edge it was ok, now it looks kind of pink though.
