Got to play a little with my macro stuff. I like macro thers never a shortage of interesting subjects..this is just some stuff layiing around at work Natural stuff is usually more interesting men don't make such fine detai.
very nice Doc. I used a bellows and 50mm too but the less magnified ones were with a 100mm bellows lens. it's handy to have if you want a perspective shot of what your using the extra magnification on, and it's very very sharp
Ah! I missed the fact that the first two posts were from different users! The nail shot is neat--I like the play with the shallow DOF as well as the sour yellow color. It looks very interesting with the metallic textures, but I wonder if there isn't a more creative crop that would make it more mysterious?
This was more an excersize to see if everything was working. I had the bellows before for film but I used it only with my 50mm. I got the 100mm and adaptor together so this is the first shots from the setup with the Sony installed. The set up was all hokey and stuff and hard to make good compositions, but at least I know everything works.
