When I was a kid in Texas my cousin and I used to catch crawfish sometimes and boil the tails. Pretty good. I just eat the tails. I don't "suck dem heads."Greg Beetham wrote:That tuba player is a goodn Henry, and those crawfish remind me of our freshwater lobster, bit of an art in cooking them though, otherwise they end up as tough as a boot, I guess you got there in Florida too late to see the Space Shuttle launch...pity, I've always wanted to see one go up myself, apparently you can hear the crackle and roar of the 9 million horse power engines from miles away.
Also watch out for the ghosts of Flt. 19 if you pass through Fort Lauderdale.![]()
I have never seen a space shuttle launch, but in 1964-65 I lived in Orlando and everytime there was a Gemini launch on the Cape the whole school would go out into the playground to watch. I wish I could have seen an Apollo launch. Those huge Saturn 5 rockets were massive!
