Road Trip: Florida
Our road trip continues and we are in East Texas now. So far the trip has lasted 29 days and we are getting a bit tired.
We plan to spend a little time in San Antonio and Austin to relax and then later continue out west. I really love the west! I have some Florida photos in my gallery now so please take a look:

You're getting yourself into 'dangerous' places bakubo if that first photo is any clue. Keep a close watch on your equipment...hmm, and yourself!
Very interesting set. Looking forward to seeing your West through your camera lens..
Have a good drive,

I went right through your Florida gallery Henry, for a guy who doesn't shoot much nature there's some really good bird shots in there, the alligator shots are good as well and the derelict buildings also, in short all are very interesting and very well photographed.
Greg
ps You didn't make it too the NASA space centre display for a bit of a look I take it?

I was in a boat when I took the photo of the gator eating the raccoon. I felt safe...at least I did until I looked down and saw that a water mocassin was curled around my feet. Thank you! I like to get people photos/street photos more, but not so many opportunities for that on a road trip.aster wrote:Very interesting set. Looking forward to seeing your West through your camera lens..

It is not my main interest since I like street photos better, but when I am around someplace with lots of birds I shoot 'em.Greg Beetham wrote:I went right through your Florida gallery Henry, for a guy who doesn't shoot much nature there's some really good bird shots in there, the alligator shots are good as well and the derelict buildings also, in short all are very interesting and very well photographed.
No, I didn't get out to NASA. The last time I was there was in 1983.Greg Beetham wrote: ps You didn't make it too the NASA space centre display for a bit of a look I take it?
By the way, here is the earlier thread on Louisiana for anyone who didn't see the photos:

Actually, derelict buildings might make a good thread. I think I will start one.Greg Beetham wrote:I went right through your Florida gallery Henry, for a guy who doesn't shoot much nature there's some really good bird shots in there, the alligator shots are good as well and the derelict buildings also, in short all are very interesting and very well photographed.
