Henry initially I thought those fish were Wolf Herring but then I realized they weren't, they're actually Hairtail Ribbonfish, it's been nagging at the back of my mind just what the blazes they were..

I had no idea what kind of fish these are. Just some fish for sale at a fish market in Ameyoko. Kinda nasty looking though, aren't they?

ps. Drinking something out of a bottle found in a dump..kaf kaf, that monkey needs it's head examined...

He sure seemed to be enjoying it. Here in Waikiki I fairly often see homeless people taking bottles, cans, and cups from garbage cans and drinking what remains in them. Also, eating food out of the garbage cans.

Thank you very much! I like her too. She's a sweet young dove that just comes over to check on me whenever I'm hanging over a window with the camera in my hands. She doesn't fly away or get scared, just poses for the camera and curiously follows my moves...I think we might have become a 'team' already!

I love the dove with the collar. Truely so; nice gray feathers and beautiful eyes and you caught the fine details just right.

That's one pose I'm familiar with! The seagulls we have here perform the same act when on the chimneys but I like this shot better for the nice wood details and the close up...
