Is anybody else experiencing difficulties with the forums? At around two hours ago the forums were completely inaccessible, and for the last hour or so, clicking on "View Active Topics" shows only one topic. Am I the only one?

Re: Phunny times at Photoclubalpha
I've run an update on the phpBB installation, which claims to be in perfect order when checked. I have just purged the dotted topics (with no apparent effect mind you) and users will have to log in again.
phpBB3 tells me it is perfectly installed and up to date, and I don 't any other way to diagnose issues.

I've logged out and logged in again. The only thread that shows up in "View Active Topics" is "Anticipation"

Re: Phunny times at Photoclubalpha
Hi there!
I found many oddities with the forum today and wonder if this will be perminant?
* Can't navigate through the topics or can't see the topics under 'view active topics'.
* Can't upload images/photos larger than 250 KiB, so I wasn't able to attach a photo that was around 750 KiB to the message an hour ago. Therefore didn't post because the quality of the image truly deteriorates.
I like the 1 MB size of the previous version.
What I like is the new 'Quick Reply' message panel at the lower end of the forum pages.
I hope these can be fixed.

I can't seem to fix this. Just use the Board Index view, and you will see unread threads highlighted.
I have enabled something calling itself FEEDS for unread posts - no idea how that is used.
I have managed to get one view of recent unread posts, but that is not necessarily the same as Active Topics.

No problems on my side. Everything as usual except for this "Quick Reply" which is great.

I haven't noticed any unusual delays or response quirks, everything seems ok to me, could be router problems in different parts of the world, some people who can't get a life doing some dirty works maybe...

Hi David and guys,
I have to follow the new posts from the Board Index because the "View Active Topics" shows as the attached image for me here. Seems to appear that David's interventions do make some topics appear but the newest posts still don't make it to this section yet.

I've just tried copying the permission from the Photo Discussion forum to all forums, in case permissions affect the Active Topic search access in some way. Still not easy to understand why this is happening.

Re: Phunny times at Photoclubalpha
The only thing I can not get to work again is the View Active Posts. View New Posts, View Your Posts, and View Unanswered Posts will all work.
I have done some clearing of the cache for the Twilight template. I suggest that since new versions of all Templates have been installed, it's worth clearing your own local caches (I do this once every month or so with Firefox).

Re: Phunny times at Photoclubalpha
What is the difference between "View New Posts" and "View Recent Threads"? Perhaps "View New Posts" is an alternative to those of us that used to use "View Recent Threads".
