Back online :-)

Unread post by Hawk »

Hi.

Its been a while since my last visit here, but now I'm back. At least I hope so :-) Its mainly thanks to Dyxum photo conests because yesterday I decided to take few shots and post them there. I hope you don't mind reposting them here too.

A word about this entry – it wasn’t “photoshoped”. Just glass marbles with textured surface and flashlight with blue LED.

Hi Hawk,

I like the first and the third for better composing and use of light through the elements of the flowers. The caustics in the second are striking and the overall colour rendering is nice but I have a feeling you could go for different compositions to enhance the the impact.

Mine is just a hunch... They are all veeery good photos that would look even nicer when in larger sizes.

Good luck at Dyxum! : )

Hi Hawk - always interested to see your latest pictures. These are three striking images. #2 is a brilliant effect.

That last one has a very mysterious air about it - great lighting and PP effect. Dood luck at Dyxum - must try to remember to pop by there more often to check out the pics.
