No, I'm fine. We will have to disagree about French wines in general as my nose and palette is definitely New World and not Traditional and Old. However much I have tried to appreciate them few have lived up to their advanced publicity or those I did like didn't conform to my sense of value for money.

Pako, Adelscott is the most foul thing ever invented. Liquid headache and even tastes like a headache. We have indeed tried it out of curiosity. The Desperados beer tasted more like a Corona with lime than anything else and was not unpleasant, Adelscott is a truly unpleasant experience...

I never drank more than one the same soiree...

In Peru we have good Pilsener, I've never been a beer person, even if I like a Pilsener or two during the hot summer, or an ale (Bass) the rest of the year. Lately, I re-discover Guinness and it is what I drink if I have the choice.

Otherwise, wine (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Argentinian and some sweet white German) is what I try to drink.

It's not a tilt lens, only shift. I had one of the earlier 35mm PC Nikkor converted to Alpha fit about 20 years ago. They are not so uncommon because of the way the mount is made - they are easily converted to Pentax, Minolta or other fits.

It is a fair price but not all that useful, as the Alpha 900's 24 megapixels provides enough resolution to shoot on (say) a 17mm focal length and simply crop the image for the same result.

Now a modern 24mm tilt-shift converted would be very interesting - as would Canon's full frame 17mm TS-E.
