Don't forget the Pizza's, is there a recipe for the pastry in those? or do you get that from a shop or supermarket?

Hi Greg, : )

When I cook, I make sure that everything is my own making. I try, always, to buy the ingredients and not rely on any manifacturer for the food I have in mind. There's bound to be some sort of chemicals that the human body is not naturally comfortable with in the ready-made stuff, especially to make them long-lasting on the market shelves.

I don't believe in that. I like my food to be made fresh out of fully natural ingredients and I want to be the only one to make and taste it first. 'Second-hand' is no good for me, never was, mine has to be fresh and solely mine from the very start. I never purchased anything an other person used previously and that goes for everything that's in my life now- I keep everything I hold dear by myself until my last breath and let go off of the things that had no use for me...so definitely the food too. I have to see what goes in it as the first person...and be able to eat it too

So, the pizza pastry is my own mixture as well. Yeast, whole-grain wheat flour, olive oil, a pinch of salt, a teaspoonful of sugar and warm water go into the mixture. I let it rest for a couple of hours at a warm place to ferment and swell. Roll the dough out as a thin layer with a rolling pin and lay it out in a baking pan or oven tray and spread the tomato sauce and the rest of the toppings.

Yildiz

Thanks Yildiz, I didn't like to ask actually because I have heard that Pizza pastry is a sort of secret recipe in a lot of cases.

It's alright, Greg. :D I don't mind.

I can always add other ingredients to that basic pizza dough mixture; the possibilities for a dough mixture are endless ! : )

It's a happy game, making of the pizza pastry! :D

Of course!...Up! ...Up!...and Away... in my pumpkin space ship which has nice teeth and gorgeous eyelashes! :D

Incredible pumpkin field shots, David Antony. : ) I love the way the pumpkin season hits the Northern continents... and Halloween is on the way too. What a gorgeous season with everything 'pumpkin' ! : ))

I have no access to such beautiful fields unfortunately but I'll have a keen eye when roaming around the market place.

Thanks for sharing pumpkin prince, David. : )))))
