Autumn is well under way now, a lot of the trees are changing - here are a few pics from today

I loved the way this looked like a cascade of leaves and also the fact that they were in different stages of colour change

Hi Paul,


There's more than the cascade of beautifully coloured and shaped leaves here. I love the way the flux of water cascades in colours while forming little moss covered islands of leaves and trapped autumn particularities like 'whatever may have fallen off trees and parted its former party of union!. : ) I love the accidentally brought together bits!

Your autumn is serving good 'fall' photos. : ) Prolific indeed!

Love those colours Paul. It is looking pretty good in the countryside at the moment. I managed to take some pictures in the woods last weekend but I haven't eben downloaded the files yet . May be this weekend.

Apple orchard at the entrance to Tiddesley Wood near Pershore. The orchard was once a commercial concern but is now just managed to help support local wildlife. Quite sweet red apples, apparently .

Oo I like that second one, and the nice red apples, Birma you should have picked a couple too see how they were, they look nice anyway.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! They look so lovely, Birma.

I like the closeups of the teasels with their grey spiky heads against green of the trees in the background. They certainly make for a good photo subject.

Good to see autumn colours warming the eyesight in your district!

Thank you Greg and Yildiz Seeing as the apples are being left to fall natrually it was very tempting to "scrump" one or two, but I still feel guilty about this activity . Obviously evidence of a misspent youth.
