Yes, a .243 Winchester in a Remington 700. They guy we're going with this year loaned it to us for the youth hunt this weekend. In the pat Sam used the SKS (7.62x39) with open sights. Popularity! Go into any rural hardware store and you can find .246, not very likely you'll find 6mm. You can also always find .223, 30-30, .308, 30-'06 and .270.
