Not going to be a problem, SSS does nothing for subject movement. It's using motion sensors, not working off the image. I use SSS off for tripod, on for all handheld, and also when using a shoulder mount I still treat it as handheld.
I use SSS off for the Wimberly head just like any tripod shot. During the actual shot the camera is either not moving or if panning following a path that does not resemble human movement.
