Thanks, Everyone, for the birthday wishes.

When my little sister called me tonight to say happy birthday, she informed me that she had taken my advise and purchased an Alpha - an 850! Last time she bought a camera she got the 9000 Minolta, which she still has. Therefore, it was easy to keep her with the a mount.

She's coming out in about 6 weeks, so I'll get to play with it a bit! She should be logging on soon, so maybe she;ll post some of her sunny Southern California pics.
