Yeah, let's keep this thread going. A big sensor, as we all know, has some definite advantages, but even a tiny sensor camera, even a cheap one, can be worthwhile too.

While entering some old photos into my Lightroom database yesterday, I noticed some images taken with my Konica Minolta A2 that made me think of this thread, so here are a few of those pictures.

All of these pictures were taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in May of 2005 with my A2. All photos were handheld, and when you take a look at the shutter speeds on some of them I think that you may see why I was impressed with the anti-shake of the A2.

The second image was taken through the window of a restaurant, which is the reason for the reflections at the top and bottom of the right side of the image.

The first image is a detail of the bridge that was shown in the previous photo, taken in the evening. The second is an image of some of the old steel-manufacturing equipment in the foreground, with "Steel Town" (Pittsburgh) in the background.

Here is one from the McDonald Observatory near Fort Davis TX. I was using my wife's Canon Powershot because I killed my film camera in Big Bend.....The observatory is a great place to visit, and I can't wait to go there with a proper camera.
