These Primroses look a lot nicer in their bed than I could capture for a shot.

Birma, outstanding Snowdrops-in-the-field shots. I like the last variety as a subspecies with those double petals; somewhat more potent.

Greg, no tulips sprouting yet but they are emerging fron the soil actually. I can only see the green blades rushing up from the bulb as of yet.

Hi,

Sometimes it is the broccoli in the fridge that flowers to your surprise, only to be realized when you decide to cook it!

Well I have never seen broccoli flowers before, so to me that's a first Yildiz, well done. (I don't mean in a cooking sense)

Wow - I didn't realise that they were flower buds. Of course it makes perfect sense when you see this. Quite attractive really. Not being a huge broccoli fan I think I would prefer to see it flower than eat it . Nice shot Yildiz.

Broccoli and Cauliflower are plants which we actually consume the flowers of, as food.
The amount of moisture in the fridge and 3 days of waiting for cooking can be in store for some surprises!

I put it in a small glass for a vase. Not eligible for cooking any longer.

You know that I'd recommend this lens immensely by now... though, there are some new lenses from the past year that have reasonable prices and shorter focal ranges. I still love the Tamron 90mm even if I decide to acquire faster or more versatile lenses.

If you can find one with a reasonable price, I'm sure you'll find many family and varioous other opportunities to use this lens.
