As long as the camera is not applying any geometry/CA corrections to JPEG, the raw profile may be reused for JPEG after a small mod.

Just open the *.lcp profile in any text editor, look for the line

<stCamera:CameraRawProfile>True</stCamera:CameraRawProfile>

and change the 'True' for 'False'; then save the file under some modded name. That would be exactly the JPEG lens profile.

Pardon my ignorance, but is there some place that documents whether or not a given camera applies such corrections to its JPEG files?

Some Nikons do that, most modern Panasonics do as well. And it's normally mentioned in the specs/reviews as it makes the JPEGs much more readily usable.

But you then obviously don't need any lens profile corrections in Lr since it all is done in camera.
